I just received my Cort Parlor guitar the L1200P model, in a word it’ terrific. Bought it from a small locally owned guitar shop in Portland (Centaur Guitar) and was treated “extremely” well by them. And I got a very good deal besides.
Do you still own your Cort Guitar? If so can you give me any information on any modifications made, changes, strings and anything you can think that may be helpful. I’ve owned the instrument for years and just started playing again. She sure is beautiful. Patrick 83yrs. old Portland, Oregon.
I still own the Guitar (L1200P) I bought in 2016 and it keeps getting better every day and it is still not for sale. Not your typical Chinese guitar. The top and back are book matched. The top is a very tight grained cedar again book matched. The back is an excellent beautiful book matched rosewood. Looking at the guitar through the sound hole one can see that a great deal of attention has been applied to create a finished attractive product. Cort only imported a few of them and the designation of “L1200P” was for a very short time. If one has a chance buy one do it! Remember “L1200P” nothing else. I have no regrets on purchasing it. I don’t understand computers at all, but if anyone has questions and I can figure out how to answer them I will.

Is the L1200P Parlor going available somewhere in the Portland Oregon area? I’d love to look, see and play one.
I have one.
Which strings do you recommend for this guitar because the D’Addario EXP16 Light’s wires do not seem to be the best.
I have been using Martin flexible core either light or custom light which sound a lot better than the coated strings.
